      EDP - Engineering Development program allows you to witness three different job roles within 3 years.

      Cons

      EDP doesn’t grant you the extended experience in one role so if you were to look to move out you do not have a meaningful amount of experience in a specific role.

      Great place to grow, management is ok.

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits and time off. Up to 4 weeks paid vacation within your first year. You can even get your college paid for! The day to day work is very simple, sometimes tedious, but never extremely hard. Definitely a great place to advance in life.

      Cons

      A lot of politics. People complain about management, and sometimes the work can get repetitive.

      Working from Home before it was taken away due to business changes.

      Cons

      Everything! Enjoy the drama that comes along with this job. How it feels like High school every day you clock in. One person can do whatever they want, but once you do something its all eyes on you. Managers claim to be your friend but will talk about you behind your back.
