Pros

Competitive 401k match after your first year, a pension, and profit sharing/stock options. Not very much room for growth, and pay typically tops out after 10-15yrs

Cons

Low starting pay for aerospace, especially if you’re licensed, poor PTO/Vacation for the first 5 years.

Pros

1. Flexible working hours 2. Management listens to employee's concern.

Cons

1. Average pay, lot of disparity exists in pay for the same level. 2. No additional benefits apart from family medical insurance, car lease (not so good) and cab service(you have to pay for it).
