      Pros

      Working with interesting products and materials, a wide range of processes. Plenty of opportunity to develop with training, as well as scholarship program. The MED program is great for getting young talent into the company.

      Cons

      Outdated equipment and manufacturing, slowly improving. Aging workforce with a bitter and skeptical outlook on the company.
