      Pros

      Every time we have felt supporting by the company in many aspects. We have different plus like hybrid schedules, family activities and others complementary bonuses.

      Cons

      Really there’s a good place.. just I think in my case my upgrade is limited and I’m looking for growing in other places as manager.
