The communication was made only with your direct supervisor, you can not scale to other different than your boss because they do not pay too much attention to you. Too many young people sometimes could lead to a lack of experience and could delay processes. Lack of clear procedures Too easy going Not old people admitted, just young people could remain. Old employees must be separated from the company
