Leadership has fostered a culture of inclusion and goes beyond employee expectations to ensure staff feel safe to provide feedback that is used to create positive change. Mission driven colleagues working to make a difference together helps to foster genuine conversations and creates an enjoyable atmosphere that makes staff excited to come to work. In addition to competive salaries, Health, dental, 401K match and other employee benefits are above industry standards. The Paid Time Off & Paid Sick Time is extremely generous, even for new employees.

Cons

Occasionally about once or twice a week there are protesters outside the facilities in Rochester & Buffalo, but after the first few times it becomes easy to ignore them as a staff member.
