Pros

A global company looks really good on a resume Opportunity for advancement if you are liked by management. The vacation time is generous

Cons

Pay is terrible and benefits are average. Very political. Very unorganized organization. Absolutely zero transparency at the upper management level. Communication is terrible. Every project or job has entirely too many layers of approval.

Pros

Bosses have an outstanding human factor with a good approach with employees' family problems for instance. People works in an ambiguous way: love and hate at same time. Environment is good despite the conflict among the different departments.

Cons

Departments with different targets, where each one desires to do the best for itself even if it's not the best for the company at all. Wage is usually at the minimum level when compared to similar companies sizes. Meritocracy is a question mark ever.
