      The Pirelli company does not think about the welfare of its employees, makes moves without considering the professional history and meritocracy, in fact, it is a matter of friendship and having good relationships with the right people.

      Pros

      Great products & marketing. Supplier of F1 tyres and big market share for high performance vehicles. Overall pride of working for a well known sexy name in tyre industry.

      Cons

      Very poor communication from (upper) management, poor stock management and continuously changing strategies affecting staff performance negatively. No transparency in sales figures which result in no bonuses.

      Pros

      The environment is good and people are very kind. The educational and training opportunities are great.

      Cons

      HR behaves with their "prima donna" typical Italian attitude. They are not fair with the contracts. You work for free between one temporary contract and the other to not lose the job. That's crazy.
