      Pirelli is large organization. It is an excellent school which will increase your learning and qualification. You will get a very high experience if you worked at Pirelli.

      Cons

      Salaries are not high also profit share and overtime. Always you have pressure at your work in all department. you will be on call Engineer during 24 hours.
