Great place to work

Pros

Organizational structure is flat so it's easy to people at the top

Cons

Could use more employees in marketing and logistics. Often get tied up handling issues that should be taken care of by other departments than sales. Great employees but they are often overloaded with responsibilities. Getting answers and issues resolved can take longer than it should.

Not for family man

Pros

Pay is decent and they have a gym.

Cons

They dont care about you or your family, your kid can be taken to the ER and if you go during your shift you get a point. Upper management is protected by HR and it's all on the buddy system.

Pros

Salary was paid on time Good to have on your CV and enter the tyres market, however there are other more human companies to do so.

Cons

Management style was based on threats, irony and direct insults Way too much politics, employees are concentrating in protecting themsleves rather than doing their actual job No support and no teamwork whatsoever, you may be held responsible for someone elses mistake if you dont know how to protect yourself. Staff turnover is unreal, almost everyone wants to leave Stress levels are unreal No personal life. Emails asking for reports may be received even at midnight and you get grief (again threats and insults) for not reading them and replying immediatelly Management often contradicts themselves and you re responsible for it No clear misiion, vision, orientation of the company You succeed because management is great, you fail because you re an idiot. Clents are disrespected Very bad reputation in the market and no impractical willingness to alter it Account managers deal with daily mistakes in orders, deliveries, invoicing and have no support ar willingess for correction from the company Kept selling faulty products ignoring the grief of the market Company does not take into account end user feedback unless it is positive
