Good Italian style management who cares for employees. Many people who once left Pirelli ends up coming back to the company. This fact just shows that the company is a good place to work for after comparing with other companies. Having worked for several companies in the past including some of the biggest companies, Pirelli is by far the best company I worked for in terms of management style and company culture. I feel happiest thanks to compassionate management who cares about employees' well being. The company has the best quality of Italian characteristics - warmth and compassion.
