Felt supported by colleagues, manager and director. Manageable workload. Hybrid working structure.

Cons

The work could feel repetitive at times. The holiday entitlement was poor in comparison to Pirelli staff, would've been nice to have the same benefits package (the role was a contractor position permanently situated at Pirelli)
