The financial side is very OK (quite a lot of bonuses: quarterly, holiday, end of year)

Cons

Poor communication. "Questionable" promotion of some employees. Lack of overall "financial" vision of the entire company, not just each department (expense vs. benefit reports). Some employees "have more rights" than others.

Cons

Constant change of priorities from the top management. Big staff turnover, as many people can't manage the stress generated by so many activities with short or no deadlines.
