Pros
* International experience - Maybe get to travel a bit. * World-class manufacturing environment at the Rome, GA plant. * Clean, safe, professional environment.
Cons
* Under-handed and cut-throat management team. No trust anywhere to be found. * Firm ceiling for US employees; little opportunity unless you are entry level. * Expats are very 'clicky'; don't expect to ever be accepted. This would be ok if they did not hold all the power.
