      I made some of the best friends while working for the organization; it's easy to make lifelong friendships.

      Cons

      Management needs to get it together and treat employees equally while respecting senior staff members' opinions and experience.

      Pros

      Great place to learn about different facets of the sports business ranging from corporate sales to marketing to planning events. Opportunities to work on high profile projects are always available. There are some great people who work there

      Cons

      There is a high turnover rate and a lot of people come and go. Very long hours and not as well paying as one would think.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Best coworkers and managers anyone could ask for. You get to meet the players and, you'll get to know the history of the team. Easiest money I've ever made in my life.

      Cons

      You make VERY little money. Plus, there is NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. I repeat, if you think you are going to work here so you can move up the ranks, think again. It will NOT happen. Plenty of people have worked here for 5+ years and still have yet to advance.
