Fun Atmosphere

Pros

Fun game-day atmosphere getting to work for an exciting franchise. Fans are generally well-behaved and excited to chat and friendly. Co-workers are also pretty friendly and easy to get along with - also helpful.

Cons

Customers can sometimes be over-eager to chat about football and the Eagles when you really should be focused on other things. It can sometimes be difficult to maintain store cleanliness and organization (eg. shirts left in wrong places by customers) during really busy times. Time can go very slow during a bad game or a bad season. Overall "business" definitely fluctuates based on team performance. A lot of standing on your feet, so be prepared for that.
