Pros

Very exciting and fast-paced environment Working with the best tools/equipment in the industry Understanding of COVID-19 protocols & safety concerns Leadership is always taking suggestions on how they can improve operations and workflow from staff at every level — feeling heard.

Cons

There's long-days on your feet, and for game-day staff, there's not a lot of places to stay out of the way / be accessible to do the job / while taking a quick sit-break.

Pros

Great management team. You are give the tools you need to succeed in a very clear and concise manner which is really helpful when you have to deal with 50,000+ people come gameday.

Cons

Not many opportunities for growth. There does not appear to be a clear system in place that designates when certain people are due or are looking for a promotion.
