      1) No work life balance 2) Absolutely toxic culture, with constant bullying through unrealistic expectations. Senior leadership is hands in glove with Director/Lead level employes 3) No redress of people related grievances 4) Constantly changing org structures, not even an iota of stability 5) The CEO is absolutely insensitive, treating employees like a property
