Pros

You work with great people.

Cons

There has been an asserted effort to force people back to site, which included a "come to site or get fired" strategy for a site closure in the NJ office. Additionally, Albert has made very poor decisions as CEO and it has impacted the company as a whole causing us to have to cut 3+ billion in revenue.

Not the Worst, Maybe

Pros

Offers some benefits i.e. health insurance and 401K, but not industry leading. Exposed to new science and technologies. Snacks like peanuts in the breakrooms.

Cons

Literally paid peanuts. Job is high stress, long hours, short staffed with management denying to hire any position besides the many positions they are losing due to the exodus of disgruntled employees . Merger with Seagen resulted in a 20% pay cut which has destroyed any chance of homeownership.
