      Pros

      Colleagues are helpful. A lot of talented people to work with. Good salary.

      Cons

      Poor hiring of new manager from a non-pharma background. She doesn't know Pfizer's culture and was not willing to learn. Keeps harping on mistakes instead of giving advise and moving forward. Never listens to you, refuse to communicate as a team and never respect you as a team player. Also a racist! Communication barriers as English was so atrocious! Too much of things are being dumped to you be it in your job scope or not. Management not understanding of your workload.

      Pros

      Ability to work from home and travel is still supported. There is cohesion among treatment programs as this is necessary to keep the program consistent.

      Cons

      Very unorganized, unsupportive, stressful. Processes, documentation, standards, templates, etc. constantly change and you're required to continually go back and review the same documentation over and over instead of going forward from the time of the change. Most studies are long-term and you are responsible to address documents from colleagues who preceded you on the study, many of whom no longer work there. This happens every couple weeks. VERY stressful, demanding, and time-consuming.
