      Sucks the life out of you

      Pros

      Salary is higher than competitors, great, smart ppl to work with.

      Cons

      Delivered life saving vaccine by squeezing the life out of colleagues remotely, working crazy hours, and now has no respect for wellnes focusing on return to site to the point of tracking badging into sites and threatening termination in the same conversation about massive layoffs and then hey, pfizer will be ok! Baffling. All day meetings make it difficult to get any work done even when working from home. Offensive recent behavior treating employees like children due to leadership failures. Culture has totally changed and I’ve never felt more demoralized. Leadership ambivalent to workers needs. Will take everything from you while promoting health and welllness. Claims to be a company it is not, and I don’t see it going back.

      Pros

      Great people in general, and able to balance work and personal life without complaint. Pension/retirement savings plan at 13.5% for those who have been here a while is great. Lots of great memories over the years.

      Cons

      No direction. Long term plans are a joke. Covid revenue has blinded the ELT and seems to have left us worse off. ELT over their heads imo. Our stock price tells the story, layoffs point to leadership’s failure, the common man suffers. No clue who we are anymore.

      Nice benefits for colleagues, generous programs for all.

      Cons

      No such thing as servant leadership, hiring a lot of management who are bullies. Very difficult place to work, didn't use to be that way. Lots of turnover because of the horrible environment and lack of leadership. We are losing great talent because of the environment and lack of flexibility in work space that is touted as a benefit. Untruthful managers, just a really awful place to work now.
