Terrible middle management persists

Pros

Company now has all the resources to move assets through the pipeline and not surprisingly has become more streamlined following the acquisition of Seagen and subsequent cuts.

Cons

The kept all the terrible middle managers. Somehow, the worst managers were able to get rid of the best employees that didn’t ‘align’ with them. A second major problem- there’s nothing new going on that isn’t already out there. No new ADC targets; no exciting new payloads coming down the pipeline.

Pros

Benefits are excellent Good work life balance most of the time

Cons

- Very poor advancement opportunities - Political environment is very toxic - It's not what you do but who you know that gets you promoted - Managers lack managerial skills - Leadership team tends to manage up well, kicks down to staff
