Good benefits Nice colleagues Good funding for lab work There is nothing else I can think of as a pro

Cons

You pretty much work for HR and they are not helpful at all. They scare away candidates and can't find you good ones. You negotiate with them during hiring and they are the rudest and greediest. They don't budge for nothing.

Good salary and benefits plus nice office

Cons

Very political environment; no backbone to standup to HQ; all decisions based on Deloitte Consulting's guidance; continuous outsourcing and reorganization even during heavy M&A; all is done to please leaders at the top which prevents honest communication; roles are eliminated constantly; HQ doesn't know or understand reality but works hard to project the image that they do

- great benefits, - great salary, - nice work environment

Cons

- terrible HR Source. If you call and ask for a help to resolve some work related issues, they can simply hang up on you if they do not feel like helping you. - If you take a medical leave of absence and you have to receive tuition reimbursement, the ED department will give you a hard time to reimburse your money, even though your courses were approved prior to the leave.
