Salary and bonus, benefits are great (the best in the industry), perks, prestige, good and solid products, physicians know products are good

Cons

New micro management stylye when they say it's suppose to be more entreprenurial, must be a favorite to advance, beware of the old timers!

The science can be very interesting. The work location is excellent for most people. The facilities are generally pretty good.

Cons

Very bad code and approaches to software development. Contractors are let go after a short span and normally not hired back. Treatment by managers is very bad.

Cons

Constantly cutting people, never feel secure in job, workload becoming more overwhelming with each additional wave of people cut, corporate micromanages sites
