      Pros

      Access to materials and supplies was good, and I was given access to information to people at my level or below.

      Cons

      They have a very clear and immobile chain of command. I was literally told, "you're not allowed to speak to X directly." They were also not open to ideas that were different than the manner in which they are used to working. Also more concerned with physical presence than productivity. This was challenging for me as I had been used to working in startup culture.

      Salary Benefits (though in 2011 they will be adding $15 copay for non-Pfizer drugs, currently they are free) 401k match Resume prestige

      Cons

      Constant mergers, downsizing and restructuring Constant office moves Political savvy more rewarded than ability Constant employee initiatives that are short-lived and depend on whoever owns project

      Pros

      My team mates, my accounts and my direct boss. She has made the best of a sometimes difficult situation.

      Cons

      Due to its' size, it can be reactive, instead of proactive. When it does react, it seems to be slow.
