      Fairly talented middle management. Good saalries and benefits. market leader in several therapeutic areas. Experience at Pfizer is well recognized by other pharma companies.

      Cons

      Poor IT top managment. Massive financial mismanagement. Most of the talented people have either left or are on way out.

      very good benefits, most people are friendly and helpful, salaries are competitive within industry and higher than most other industries

      Cons

      although they say that they understand work/family balance, they expect 24/7 work commitment. Overall management direction frequently changes mid-stream so current project is often abandoned prior to completion which is frustrating. Upper management is not really open to innovation and new ideas.
