Prestigious pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company with lots of resources and innovative drugs that can have a significant impact on improving human health.

Cons

Large company such that individuals are classified in a generic manner (title, compensation, etc), even though individuals of the same title may have significantly different roles and degrees of responsibility. Compensation should be more specific.
