      Pros

      Good benefit package and salary . Usually a nice bonus at year end.

      Cons

      You must be able to devote many hours to online training. Constant internal management changes and re organization that MUST cost millions,not to mention the jobs that are lost. And who does the work form those lost jobs? The poor schumck that stays with the company! Very stressful place to work.

      Pros

      The frame work is there to learn and grow but a person needs to take the initiative oneself. Good benefits and fair compensation over time is available. Flexible work arrangements are available agreement with management but this can usually be worked out.

      Cons

      Tough times in the industry as a whole. Multiple major acquisitions has made for constant change can be difficult to weather if one is looking for a stable environment.
