Cons

No respect. Your just another person and you could easliy and probably will some day be replaced, laid off, and / or outsourced. It's a constant rotation of lay off periods.

Cons

Management doesn't care about their employees. Management doesn't listen to employee feedback or improvement suggestions with any amount of seriousness. The policies are different for each department as supervisors are allowed to make them up as they go. There is no employee handbook available for employees to refer to for policy.
