My colleagues were brilliant and almost always a pleasure to work with. The work we did had impact both internally and across the industry.

Cons

The organization is so layered in bureaucracy that nothing ever gets done. Plus the constant reorgs and leadership changes have undermined the best intentions.

Direct management was great. Lots of freedom to work at your own pace. Good pay. Flexible hours and easy to take vacations.

Cons

Contractors never get hired in...even if management wants to keep you. Contractors are literally treated like second class citizens by most pfizer colleagues.
