Decent benefits package, upward mobility exists, good salary rate, a large variety of potential jobs, and internal mobility across disciplines.
Cons
Pfizer's been hitting a rough patch since the end of Lipitor, so the sense of job security is not the greatest. It's a relatively bureaucratic corporation, so you'll have to deal with the politics of something that size.
