      Pros

      Benefits were really really good if you were a Pfizer employee. Unfortunately of you were absorbed you did not capitalize on the Pfizer benefits. . People were awesome. X

      Cons

      Lack of communication and limited support from management. Missing defined processes to enable strong infrastructure management. Expectations were increasing while actual staff (headcount) were significantly decreasing.

      Good benefit package and salary . Usually a nice bonus at year end.

      Cons

      You must be able to devote many hours to online training. Constant internal management changes and re organization that MUST cost millions,not to mention the jobs that are lost. And who does the work form those lost jobs? The poor schumck that stays with the company! Very stressful place to work.
