      Change is constant and highly disruptive. This makes for an environment that lacks structure with clear roles and responsibilities Make sure you watch your back You must be able to create "Cool" Power-point Slides

      motivated and enthusiastic peers, co-operative environment, collaborative culture, excellent benefits, flexbile work schedule, intellectual freedom, some great managers, makes efforts to improve engagement

      seemingly constant layoffs, poor communication, slow decision-making, long wait for resources at times, hesistant to adapt new ideas, lack of clarity in application of organizational strategy at the ground level.

      It is a big company with lots of resources. There can be opportunity to advance if that is what you want. Pfizer is a company that has pretty good respect in the healthcare field.

      Cons

      It is a big company in where sometimes the 'left hand' doesn't know what the 'right hand' is doing. Innovation and nimlbeness are not strong suits of Pfizer.
