      Multinational, lots of job opportunities, and well paid with respect to other industries. Furthermore, the strong history of the company gives you the confidence, and prestige.

      Cons

      Pfizer is a hierarchical organization and sometimes it takes too long to get things done rapidly and effectively. In addition to that, there is an increasing cost saving operations in the company which puts more work on every employee.

      Lots of options for many projects with rewarding goals. With the Lipitor layoffs, it's hard to find an opening to get hired.

      Very big and sometimes hard to find resources.
