      Large company with established presence in segment Many bright, well educated coworkers Compensation excellent

      Cons

      No apparent strategic focus save stock price maintenance Co-workers more concerned with being let go than doing job Too fragmented with little overall strategy to guide efforts Found many people a bit too self-centered in work and weren't too helpful in helping you if it didn't help them

      Pros

      You get to work with some pretty smart folks from a variety of backgrounds. Being one of the larger employers in the area, you're not necessarily confined to a small group of folks around the water cooler and in some areas drama is at a minimum.

      Cons

      It used to be a place where one could work their way up the ladder. That is not the case anymore. Most movement is lateral at best. As a large employer, you're a number. If you can live with that, you'll do well here.
