      Pros

      Company name, budgets for materials and legacy accomplishments.

      Cons

      Static. Growth was tough for all levels, turn over was high and layoffs were regular. Management tried, some got axed, overall feel of clinging on.

      Pros

      Much resources provided and many high calibrated colleagues in Pfizer. US culture and its practice on interaction makes employees enjoy work life together.

      Cons

      A stack of SOP n paper work. One of my colleagues was hospitalised due to the tiredness from work and harassment of clients.

      Big MNC. Helpful colleagues. Nice opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Change in management and changes in the organisation is too often and drastic. Work processes keeps changing and its very hard to keep up with such changes. Support to do work is getting lesser and lesser as people are more keen in the fight for survival. Pretty sad to see the company in such a state.
