Management is so stagnant there's no new ideas. Favouritism in all internal development decisions. No growth opportunities. Pay is very low by industry standard.

Good benefits. Great colleagues below the Senior Director/Vice President level.

Cons

Executive management is out of touch. Rumors of leadership in fighting are evident with the mismanagement everyone at lower levels experience. Very difficult to get promoted within your role if you’re not one of senior management’s favorites, you do not get promoted.
