      Pros

      Awesome company with great company culture. Company wants you to succeed and gives you all the tools necessary to do so through coaching and training

      Cons

      Yearly restructuring leaves you somewhat insecure about your future with the company. If a division is downsized it does not matter if your status is excellent. Criteria for selection is somewhat baffling. Superstar have been let go in favor of lower performing reps. ????

      Pros

      Fast paced, innovative and working with experienced and dedicated scientists. I enjoyed working with them and supporting them with everything non-scientific. Great learning curve.

      Cons

      Too much stress with added work load. Doing more with less is the new paradigm. At times, promoting the wrong people into management positions.
