-Alot of Benefits -If you like OT then this is your place -Pay is not bad -Some years bonus is good -Colleagues are good -Alot of things are teach properly -Cheap canteen food -Transport provided -Diverse

Cons

-Workload is crazy -If you make mistake, alot of fingers will start to point -Politics amongst seniors and supervisor can get nasty -Turnover rate is high in Lab -Night shift workload and morning shift almost the same -Handover is crazy with upcoming sample too -Career progression slow, even if you keep training. Chance of promotion is low.
