      Pros

      Awesome culture, relaxed and professional. Very flexible and great leadership. Excellent work life balance. Overall, I am very happy with this company. You will find that most people who join this company stay for a long time. It is not unusual to find colleagues who have been at Pfizer for 15+ years.
