They treat contractors really badly because they know people have an ending time. The management do not care about your needs and do not listen to you. My TL wanted was to do her job for hersself because she wouldn't want to deal with difficult problems so it would not fall on her back. The general manager would cover the TL back so she would treat us really bad and nothing would happen, also because our HR was with CPL and their only concern was not to lose their contract with Pfizer and they did not care about employees needs. I have been there for almost 2 years and had contantly problems with holidays approval, and TL being abusive, and I have seen it happening to many people in the same team. Tl leads complain about staff dresscode but dress completely informal and only few staff would get picked on, other people would wear jeans and no one would say anything, so there was clearly a difference between employees. Do not work there as a contractor!!!

Mostly applicable for IKKT Chennai site; promotion is based on the face value not on the work done. To increase the face value you need to do boot licking to bosses. The person who works they only works rest do politics and enjoy. Company is busy in lot of cultural change works but bad part is in the committee only those people are there who is spoiling the culture. Managers are having huge ego problem.
