Honestly the people and management are good and fantastic. There is no 'corp bs' you can truly be yourself and the environment is warm and welcoming. Very flexible with working times and you can achieve a work life balance (bit harder the higher you go however, they are advocates for Work-Life Balance) People actually care about you and their brand

Cons

Too many unnecessary processes that could be fixed Lack of growth - their turnover rate is very low and you are competing with people who have a number of years of experience so it is hard to become promoted
