      Pros

      Great chemistry, great lab mates. Many opportunities to advance your scientific knowledge.

      Cons

      They really look down on folks that want to explore opportunities outside the rhelm of Pfizer. It’s not a very honest environment when it comes to career growth. We are paid less then our counterparts at other pharma companies.

      Pros

      This company does great things but the people inside do not want you to succeed. Everyone is trying to get everyone in trouble there’s no team when you’re working in a production line and very poor management. Doing the right thing isn’t exactly the right thing there. You’ll be questioned if you report assault, and also they’ll give that person who did assault someone a promotion after the incident happened and was reported by multiple people. They do not care about your mental health or well being. But hey they give you so much time off. So.

      Cons

      I said everything above this lol. If you’re in it for the money it’s not there. You start out good but that’s about where you stay. Raises are slim.
