      Excellent opportunity to develop your career in the pharmaceutical industry. A lot of effort is going into improving the culture for the company as a whole and to improve current performance related to colleague engagement, compensation and recognition.

      Cons

      Objectives for the company as a whole are sometimes lost and not cascaded down to the site level which makes it difficult to understand the direction individual sites are heading towards. Culture needs a lot of improvement to improve pride in working for the company for the majority of colleagues.
