Pros

Great pay, health insurance, cheap hot food on site, good training

Cons

rolling shift pattern made it hard to switch constantly between days and nights, after initial induction training was slow and it seemed like my area didn't want to train me - but people in other areas had a different experience so it depends where you're put. some seasoned staff were a bit rude but again depends which area you're put.

Pros

Fast paced, won’t run out of things to do. Best for fresh grads who want to try out different things and are starting their career. If you’re open to challenges, don’t mind the extra work and dynamic lifestyle, can consider.

Cons

Too much documentation, high workload. Expected to support/standby on weekends and after office hours because “manufacturing is 24/7”. If you’re looking for stable, routine job, look away.
