      Pros

      Everybody from Top Management till bottom level are willing to share and help each other. The key point here is, you as an employee must have an atttitude to ensure the company are running at a profit at least.

      Cons

      In order for you to complete the task given, you must be fully knowledgeble and if you are not then you must work hard to find it without giveup.
