      Free drink allowance, reasonable job security.

      The company allows incompetent and bullying managers to keep being employed even after most of the team leave and the reason the team is leaving is obvious. There is no chance to progress unless A) Your French B) Your related to the ruling billionaire family. The CEO who ignores tiny little receptionists and other minions when he walks by blah blah's in the FT about how he came to be in the role BUT its mainly because he is related to the ruling family. NEPOTISM.
