There is a lot of the family business management behind the culture of the company, where relationship goes before performance. Need to continue work on diversity (male-female balance). Sometimes more focus in form vs info

Exciting and aspirational Brands. In search of good work - life balance for employees. Strong culture and values - based on Ricard family heritage.

Cons

Maybe just a little bit "too french". Almost all expatriates are french. Too much planning and too little focus on executing the plans.

Pros

An excellent culture and work-life balance. People oriented, very relaxed work environment. Very friendly people wouldn't surprise me if you met some of your closest friends while working here.

Cons

Really low salaries compared to the industry. There's little room to grow, no career plans! Basically what sucks are the salaries, everything else it's pretty great.
