Very convivial and friendly environment that made you feel welcomed and valued. Great benefits. Interesting projects which developed your expertise.

Cons

Small chance at development opportunities, grad schemes differ to the placement positions and therefore are unappealing to some.

The pros working for this company are the benefits, the industry itself, brands are staple items behind any traditional backbar. I love the people on my team and those I work cross functionally with.

Cons

Some cons are the opportunity for promotion and movement. If you are in sales, you can move laterally into other sales positions within your state, but if you want to be promoted you must relocate.
