Fantastic culture that allows you to have a personality. Promotes from within and has realistic expectations on workload so work life balance is better than other companies I have worked for

Cons

Not the biggest payers and poor parking facilities at head office. Flexible working helps with this but they really need better parking options

Big international company with huge network of subsidiaries and factories, good assortment of products, nice yearly conference in France , very ambitious

Cons

HR part of company is very low, so many words about integrity, but in fact French guys are ruling the company and it last for long time
